Bat Talk

You're interested in bats, and so are a lot of other people who browse this site, so why not talk about them?

Begin exchanging information and ideas, asking questions, and having bat-related discussions on a variety of topics. A listserv has been set up for just such a thing! Get information on batcall-L below.

batcall-L Listserv
We have a listserv that is used to broadcast general announcements and to allow rapid open discussion between all bat-minded people. This is the fastest way to reach a number of people who are interested in studying bats, so give it a try!

Once you are subscribed to a list, you will receive copies of every message sent to the list address (batcall-L@list.unm.edu) Likewise, if you wish to send a message to every member of a mailing list, simply address an email message to the list's address (batcall-L@list.unm.edu) and all recipients of the list will get a copy.

SUBSCRIBING
To subscribe to the mailing list, send an email message to listserv@unm.edu with the following as message text:

SUBSCRIBE batcall-L

If you have problems subscribing yourself to the mailing list, contact wgannon@unm.edu and ask to be added to the batcall-L listserv.

UNSUBSCRIBING
If you wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list, send an email message to listserv@unm.edu, from the email account that is subscribed to the list, containing the following as message text:

UNSUBSCRIBE batcall-L

If you have problems unsubscribing yourself from the mailing list, contact wgannon@unm.edu and ask to be removed from the batcall-L mailing list.
